The project is envisioned as an architectural form that “breathes with nature”, developed vertically through a series of flexible stacked volumes that create a harmonious transition between architecture and landscape. Each level is designed as a green buffer zone, where natural light, airflow, and vegetation become essential elements of the living experience.
Green spaces are integrated throughout the building through balconies and loggias, improving the microclimate, reducing the impact of the urban environment, and creating relaxing retreats for residents. Carefully arranged openings enhance the connection between people and nature, bringing a sense of balance, comfort, and tranquility to everyday living.
The design embraces a modern and minimalist architectural language, maximizing natural light, ventilation, and the use of sustainable materials. The project aims to create a comfortable, harmonious, and enduring living environment where architecture not only fulfills functional needs but also enhances the overall quality of life.
