Tam Giao House Named Among the Top 10 at the Awards
MVN is honored that Tam Giao House has been recognized among the Top 10 Houses, an award celebrating outstanding residential architecture for its design quality, innovation, and contribution to contemporary living.
Originally transformed from a 20-year-old townhouse, Tam Giao House was designed for a three-generation family with the vision of creating a home where architecture strengthens the relationship between people, nature, and everyday life. Guided by three core values—the harmony between old and new, the interaction of light, wind, and water, and the connection between family members—the project reinterprets traditional architectural principles through a contemporary design language.
The design introduces open spaces, natural ventilation, abundant daylight, and integrated greenery to improve environmental performance while fostering comfort and well-being. Existing structural elements were thoughtfully preserved wherever possible, reflecting a sustainable approach that minimizes waste while giving new life to the original building.
Being named among the Top 10 Houses is not only a recognition of Tam Giao House itself but also an affirmation of MVN's commitment to creating architecture that is sustainable, meaningful, and deeply connected to the people who live within it.
